Our products combine functional design and transparency of the container for which the connoisseur can appreciate the true hue of their wine, and the process guarantees a prolonged shelf life of over 12 months giving the producer peace of mind that their product's integrity is maintained and for the consumer, that they will be opening optimal quality wine.

While the technology has been pivoted around wine due to the nature of the product, it successfully lends itself to cater to all other still drink products too.

RESPECT FOR WINE

QUALITY PRESERVATION

 

The wine does not undergo any transformation or manipulation, nor further working. It is packaged at room temperature. No additives or preservatives are required.

WINE TRANSFER

NO OXIDATION

 

The wine circuit between the tank and the container is maintained under inert gas. The wine is protected from ambient air. This process guarantees, during this phase, a dissolved oxygen supply of less than 0.5 mg/litre.

BALANCE

WINE STABILITY

 

A unique balance between liquid and gas mastered, therefore stabilizing the CO2 level in wine up to 850mg/litre. All wines, even more delicate wines such as rosés and vins de primeur, can be put under vacuum conditions while preserving its original freshness as made by the winemaker.

INERTING

OPTIMAL CONSERVATION

 

The inerting of the headspace is carried out under neutral gas. The mixture is specially calculated according to the characteristics of each wine, in order to guarantee a balance over time. The headspace contains a residual oxygen level of less than 0.5%. The wine is not oxidized. The equipment, which is necessary for this inerting operation, is covered by specific patents.

VACUUM

HERMETIC

 

The oxygen is flushed from each container. Thanks to the hollow seal, the operator can easily identify a defective product at the end of the line. When opening a glass, an air intake noise can be heard which is a sign of a good quality air-tight sealed container. The customer can appreciate the quality of the packaging by the noise emitted and the hollow seal, a sign of quality not present today in other single-serve wine containers.

SEALING

EASY OPENING

 

The technology uses a conduction heat-sealing method to ensure sealed, durable and easily peelable sealing. The components used allow easy opening by the consumer. Totally waterproof, the glass can be carried in a bag or a pocket without any worry.

DRINKING

PLEASANT EXPERIENCE

 

The thin edges of the glass are designed for a pleasant drinking experience after opening. They are modelled to work with a heat-sealing lid, and guarantee a durable seal with easy peelability.

All containers have been developed specifically to fit our operating line, with patents for each in place. Each one is the outcome of years of research, which has resulted in a totally transparent yet rigid glass, which allows a long conservation of the wine.

The chosen technology allows a wide choice of shape combining the rigidity and total transparency of the container. This flavours the appreciation of the wine appearance, as well as a pleasant grip. The wide openings will ensure the same tasting experience as one would have with a regular wine glass made out of glass or crystal.

LIFESPAN

RECYCLABILITY

 

The bottling process guarantees a minimum lifespan of 12months for white wines, and a minimum of 18+ months for red wines. With its PET material, the container is also 100% recyclable for after use, with a low carbon footprint on both creation, transportation and recycling.
